Refund policy

To report an item that has arrived damaged get in touch with the order number at info@crystalsinapod.co.uk.

We kindly ask that you report damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Please send a picture of the item(s) so that we can help as best as we can. 

For returns, items should be in original packaging, unused & suitable for resale. 

We will not be accepting returns for items that were damaged by your own negligence including improper storage, misuse, natural wear and tear, accidental damage of your own and unauthorised modification.
